Utilities & Grounds

Our community has a common water system encompassing wells, water storage, and several miles of water pipes. It is maintained by a third-party company, licensed in NC, to provide periodic state-directed tests and routine maintenance to ensure water quality. This is funded by property owners' maintenance fees.

Roads, ditches, and culverts inside the subdivision are also maintained by annual maintenance fees, as are several common areas and association-owned structures.

In addition to regular maintenance, many residents freely donate time and effort to improve the safety and beauty of the neighborhood. These are groups or individuals who enjoy making our community a better place to live.
